For now, BBusiness Consulting is run by me, Barbara Boeckenhoff, since 02/2021 and supporting clients in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium on Retail, Importer, and Headquarter level as interim, in middle management or in senior positions as consultant or freelancer. I am fluent in English, Dutch and of course German; my French, I am refreshing again.
I have 19 years' experience in automotive (a.o. different Porsche divisions), FMCG (e.g. Stoov B.V.) and retail in different countries.
I am an experienced expert with an international and interdisciplinary focus, able to quickly acquire necessary details and knowledge while always considering the whole, as that is important for the success of your company as well as for my work and myself.
In addition, I thrive to reach my goals, have excellent problem solving, and presentation skills, identify business and customer needs quickly to develop value propositions. Furthermore, my interpersonal skills help to communicate and mediate if necessary.

Leisure time
I love sports and live an active healthy lifestyle, am fond of sun and nature. Time with my partner, family and friends is very important to me, also relaxing and reading, I like discovering countries and cultures, thrive for well-being, personal development and to enjoy the moment.
A cottage in the mountains for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Doctor's degree and speaking another language fluently. Traveling for about 3 months with my partner.

I built up another business called BB4Balance for Coaching & Yoga out of which I do use approaches for my consulting methods. I experienced myself that business flows automatically once you are in balance.
